Driving time calculator for trucks (EU 561/2006)
Enter departure, distance and how long the driver has already driven today. The calculator adds the 45-minute breaks and daily rests the regulation requires and, if you pick a country, its national driving bans — and shows when the truck arrives.
Result
The rules the calculator applies
- A 45-minute break after at most 4.5 hours of driving.
- At most 9 hours of driving a day, 10 hours on up to two days a week.
- A daily rest of 11 hours, reduced to 9 hours up to three times between weekly rests.
- National driving bans (Sundays, holidays, summer weekends) of the chosen country, from the same calendar as our ban pages.
- Planned the way a dispatcher plans: the 10-hour day is used only when it finishes the trip.

A planning aid, not a legal assessment: weekly limits, splitting of breaks, ferries and the actual tachograph record are not part of the calculation.
